It is the customer's responsibility to provide and confirm personal details and delivery address at checkout, as well as provide a contact phone number for the carrier. If you have made the purchase as a registered user, you may modify the delivery address by accessing the order details from your account or by contacting our email shop@yeahthebrand.com, provided the order has not been shipped yet.

The Brand we will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, but adverse conditions may occur that affect deliveries from our offices in Spain to the requested delivery address, such as (but not limited to) possible extreme weather conditions or interruptions in transport and courier services.
Free shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over 60 EUR within the European Union and 120 EUR for other countries. However, if the recipient's address is outside the European Union, you may need to pay courier service administrative fees, import duties or taxes on products in your country.
